There is a maintenance window scheduled on Tuesday, December 10th from 6pm to 8pm CET. The maintenance is scheduled outside of normal business hours to no interfere with business operations of Xenon users. As always, we aim to keep your business impact as minimal as possible. You might experience short downtimes of a few minutes at the time within the window where we scale down the platform services (incl. gridX API, and customer front-ends and mobile app). The local Energy Management System and Dynamic Load Management on the gridBoxes will not be affected. Time-of-Use optimization decisions are marginally impacted, as we expect a short processing delay of the latest asset states.
