For one hour, some PUT and PATCH calls against /gateways/{id}/appliances/{id} were returning 405 errors. The issue was fixed at 11:44 CEST.

For some accounts, access to systems was not possible from the admin dashboard for about 20h. There might be still some issues in the search within admin dashboard while the search index catches up. No data was lost.

We have completed our maintenance window and all services are operational again.

During Sunday night the service serving System and Asset Lists on Xenon was temporarily unavailable between 20:45-22:41. The services needed to be manually restarted by our engineers to restore service operation. No data was lost, and all services are back online. We are investigating the root cause and will make sure that in the future the status page will be updated promptly if this component is experiencing issues. We apologise if has caused you issues.

This issue is resolved. Mitigating the original issue brought back the monitoring part for Enphase inverters, but left EMS capabilities inactive. This was resolved with a subsequent fix. Since then both monitoring and EMS capabilities are back for the affected inverters. We'll publish a post-mortem as soon as we've processed all information.

The fix is working as expected. We'll post a post mortem within the week.
